Our Leaders in Training program gives youth the chance to step into a leadership role, supporting younger campers while developing skills that last a lifetime. LITs learn teamwork, problem-solving, and communication through hands-on mentoring, guided activities, and collaboration with our staff. The program fosters confidence, responsibility, and a deeper connection to community, culture, and the land. Many LITs choose to continue their journey as camp counsellors, carrying forward the lessons and relationships they’ve built.
